Working with clients from out of state – we really try to make the best use of everyones time by organizing as many meetings as possible during their visit. We had a great time planning every detail for these two; from florals, catering to stationary design. Menu meetings with Mazzone Hospitality are a family favorite!
His and Her Favorite treats are a cute addition to the standard welcome bag – especially when your favorites are cookies and chocolate. We love these custom door tags with hand drawn images of the Bride and Groom, compliments of Jenny C. Designs.
There are so many details that brides do not want to have to worry about – an office favorite is alphabetizing escort cards. Let us take care of it for you!
Though not shown in every blog – we always start a wedding day with a staff picture!
This is the team that makes the magic happen.

The ceiling at The Canfield Casino is always a showstopper – but let’s talk about that lighting. It is absolutely beautiful.
While we whisk away the couple for some newlywed photos in their ‘Just Married’ vintage car – guests make their way to the parlor to experience some old time casino games and delicious cocktails. This really made the cocktail hour interactive and fun.
We love when couples incorporate their pups into their special day. These two were picture perfect snuggled up in the Brides gown for the camera.
*Note: If you are nervous about including your dogs ro feel like they cannot behave long enough to be involved – don’t be! There are dog walkers/ pet sitters who will take your dogs for the day and walk them to be included in your photos without you having to stress over it.
I bet that you wouldn’t believe it was March – 60 degrees and beautiful just goes to show that the weather is unpredictable. Don’t stress over it!
There are so many unique ways to display escort cards, but there is something so elegant about these silver trays. White gloved butlers stood on the dance floor with these as guests entrained the ballroom. It was beautiful and elegant.

What if your Groom loves football and photography? You combine the two to create an awesome surprise grooms cake!
After a night of partying – guests love having this late night take with them in these customized pizza boxes!
By putting the cake outside and forcing guests to make their way outside, we cued up an unbelievable firework show immediately following the cutting of the cake!
And what is the end of an amazing party without a sparkler exit for the Bride and Groom as they hop into a beautiful vintage car!
Our favorite part of our job is receiving the comments and texts of excitement afterwards!
Today’s Takeaway: Try something different for cocktail hour. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box! This client really took on the history of the venue by reinventing it into the historic hopping casino that it once was – and guests loved spending an hour playing some of their favorite games. There were even some high rollers!
