A ‘magic’ theme Bar Mitzvah, with tall red feather centerpieces, in this grand space and brought 60 State Place to life. At the tasting, we played around with unique ways to incorporate magic themed elements. These salads were a play on the old Rubik’s Cubes – a huge hit!
Of course we had to have an adult version!
We demonstrated cool spin art for the kids to do during dessert.
Brandon’s Bar Mitzvah had its own event logo with a magic wand – incorporated on their favors, stationary, wax seals, ice sculpture and more…
We love working with Jenny C Design to create these custom pieces!
When guests arrived they were greeted with an elegant red carpet entrance and welcomed downstairs to cocktails in the vault. Guests were entertained by strolling magicians; and a red velvet rope sectioned off the ‘kids’ to have at the vintage Photo Booth.
Guests were then invited upstairs where Renaissance Floral Design created multiple centerpieces to fill the space. A magical ballroom and themed music really set the tone for the evening.
DJ Martin D’Arce got the party started with introductions and a special dance to ‘ 24K Magic’ by Bruno Mars. Dance pop star, Misha Gabrielle made an appearance and helped get guests of all ages on the dance floor.
Of course we celebrated traditional elements with a candle lighting ceremony followed by a beautiful special video and photo montage.
The ice sculpture replicated the logo and the Ice Man did a phenomenal job.
Favors were decks of playing cards.
When we decided that we wanted a magic themed candy bar, we knew we had to reach out to Party with Mia. Her eye for design and ability to pull it all together is incredible, I mean look at this candy bar! It had everything from giant Rubiks Cubes, chocolate covered wands, cotton candy and more…
