For many years now we have maintained multiple offices; The most prominent being our New York Metro, Saratoga Springs, NY, and Newport Rhode Island spaces. All three locations have grown so much this year, the office space in Rhode Island and New York are doing great with room to grow. The Saratoga Springs office was a different story.
CW Events has grown so much this past year that we had to find a larger space for our team to work and produce; and we recently did just that. Our new space is only 2 blocks down from our previous location. (now on the corner of Broadway + Phila)
We were very fortunate to have an our original office right on Broadway, in the heart of Saratoga Springs. It was tiny and charming and certainly served us well.
This past season we were bursting at the seams in a space we loved so much; it was about 15×30 with zero storage, cute right?
During our busy season we were literally buried in all things event related; welcome packages, candy bar accessories, stationary, flip flops, emergency kits, bathroom baskets, linens, you name it – it was towering over us…you get the idea. A few weekends topped our event count at 8 events in one weekend. That’s 8 wedding piles of welcome bags (roughly 600 bags) and much much more.
So we went on the hunt for a new space …not far but, let’s face it, a move is a move. My arms hurt just thinking about moving those desks. Moving in the winter is even more challenging with the snow and ice and don’t forget wind. We pushed through during the 3 day weekend for Martin Luther King holiday.
Our Saratoga space now resides at 368 Broadway, Suite 10 in the heart of beautiful downtown; recently listed in the top ten best streets in America by the American Planning Association. We are so lucky to have been introduced to this space in a historical building.
Our office has large floor to ceiling windows, now beautifully draped, a historic wooden bank banister, hardwood floors, all natural walnut wood trim, and wainscoting.
Check out our team hard at work in the new space
It’s such a great feeling to come here every day knowing this is where we get to make it all happen, produce great events and plan extraordinary experiences with our clients.
If you are in the neighborhood please stop in and say ‘hello’.
