We were brought onto the team early in the planning process and had the pleasure of working on lots of fun details with the bride and her mom. Below was our glimpse of the floral/tablescape day with Fleurtacious Designs. We prepped by bringing in rentals in from NYC, linens and florals from Krisann. So much fun pulling it together.
The bride has a pattern of blue and white floral that she wanted to bring to life throughout the wedding. Jenny C Designs was the perfect stationer to help bring the vision to life in print! You can find it throughout many of the details on the wedding day!
Welcome boxes were delivered for hotel guests filled with local goodies and the brides fav’ treats. The custom map was a sweet detail for our of towners to understand where everything was taking place.
They were personally delivered to each hotel by our team!
We always have big smiles when the weather is in our favor! Above was our onsite team ready to start the day.
Laying out the brides details above and capturing the moment when Fleurtacious Designs hand delivers the bouquet to the bride!
Tracey Buyce doing her thing – above. She always knows exactly what details to shoot.
Alayne, from Make Me Fabulous, made sure she was picture perfect.
This bride had some of the cutest details including custom hanger, floral mug, and matching robes for all of her girls! Super cute things to shop for – weather it’s the bride, her girls or mom that bring them over for beauty prep time.
While the girls were getting ready, the guys enjoyed some time to themselves doing.. guy things! Wedding Planner 101 – learn how to tie a real bow-tie.
We absolutely adore this lace cover up for our bride; she was getting married in a church. It’s modest and removable so that when you are ready to party you can take it off!
First look with your maids is sure to make you feel like a princess.
KrisAnn from Fleurtacious Designs always knocks it out of the park with the personals!
Our bride arrived in her vintage ride, after the first look with her dad.
We have mentioned this before, but when dad and daughter take those first few steps down the aisle, we always get butterflies. It is one of our fav’ wedding day moments!
And this is the reaction every bride wants from her groom! #lovehim
Photo moment: just married and leaving the church with friends and family lined up to cheer them on, bubbles blowing in the breeze!
Fun moments on the Congress Park Carousel above. Thank goodness for Day of Coordinators who can help carry the dress!
Beauty retouches are so important; especially if you want to have two looks! Hair down for ceremony and up for the party is a common way for brides to achieve this. Alayne from Make Me Fabulous works so flawlessly and quickly to put the hair up before photos.
Including having the bridal pary take the carousel for a ride while celebrating the newlyweds!
Photo Booth’s are a great way to entertain your guests – don’t forget the props. Marisa (former bride and dear friend) from The Hype Booth has one of the coolest set ups.
She even customizes the print outs for you!
Sweet reception details, equestrian, blue and white and touches of gold throughout.
We worked really hard on a creative idea mentioned during one of the first planning meetings we all had. Take the images from the historic casino ceiling windows and create cookie favors for the guests. Tracey Buyce and Debbie Coye brought them to life with their creative genius. So excited to see this come to life.
Take advantage of your favorite details in your venue. If you love the view, the glass or the building – you can incorporate it in your ‘day of’ details!
