BEFORE THE EVENT

• 1 month within signing contract: Walk thru the basics of planning at this unique property.

• 5 months before event: Create day-of event timeline, review timeline to ensure your all set to print invitations (inclusive of weather related planning).

• 3 months before event: Gather final list of vendors, copy of their insurance, vendor contact information, and finalize rehearsal time (if needed).

• 1 month before event: client to upload final rsvp count, finalize floor plan, confirm final access, and departure, to property for all guests, vendors and VIPs involved.

• 2 weeks before event: Final detail meeting on event logistics and questions.

• Week of event: Finalize weather related changes, any last minute edits to event plan and determine the time we will see each other on event day.

• Rehearsal day: Meet 1hr before rehearsal begins to hand off any inventory.

EVENT DAY 

• Coordinate onsite logistics for you, your vendors and guests.

• Coordinate vendor load in with relation to floor plans/event locations

• Set up clients inventory

• Photoshoot time, if golf cart is rented, bring specific wedding party guests to chosen photo location.

• Welcome guests onto property

• Manage movement of guests to each event location on property

• Cue ceremony processional

• Manage flip of event spaces, if using space for more than one event (Example: cocktail in barn and back in barn for dancing)Pack up clients inventory and hand off to determined contact at the end of the event.
